Some call it a Comfort Monitor others call it a Confidence Monitor or Floor Teleprompter. Live Events refer to it as a DSM or Down Stage Monitor but whatever you call it this is the perfect monitor rental for corporate meetings or video calls or live events.
These direct view monitors can connect to any laptop and display anything from a corporate branding, to a presentation, to notes or even a full scripted version of what the speaker will say.
These monitors can be places either on a conference room table or on the floor tilted toward the speaker. We also provide monitor stands for all monitors. Monitors can be controlled either by our operators or the speaker using a presentation clicker.
Downstage monitors or DSM are used in live events and are typically used to either display slides that match what the audience sees behind the speaker. The Downstage monitor allows the speaker to continue with the presentation without looking back at the video wall. The down stage monitor can also be used to scroll text and act as a teleprompter if needed.
When these monitors are used in a live concert they are referred to as Rock and Roll monitors or lyric wedges.

We can connect up to 4 monitors via SDI to HDMI converter boxes and control everything from a single laptop or multiple laptops.
We currently offer the following monitors are on a 10 hour day with $150 an hour after 10 hours
24 inch, 27 inch and 29 inch monitors – Viewable from up to 15 feet $550 each or $995 for 2 monitors (10 hours) these are perfect for concert or as lyric wedges for music events.
32 inch ,34 inch and 36 inch monitors – Viewable from up to 35 feet – $585 for the day (10 hours)
42 inch and 46 inch monitors – Viewable from up to 50 feet – $750 for the day (10 hours)

All sizes come with floor stand that are tilted at the perfect viewing angle.
We can also place the monitor on a telescoping stand for an additional $50 per day.
